We are pleased to offer pre and post natal private 1:1 sessions. During this very special time for you and your baby, we will look after you through each trimester, specifically adapting exercises as your body changes.
We do not feel that this can be done adequately in a group class and therefore feel it is better for you to invest in your health and that of your baby by attending 1:1 private sessions during this time.
Pilates can significantly reduce back and pelvic pain and associated problems with pregnancy. With the right instructor and the correct exercises, your pregnancy can be as comfortable as possible and we aim to help you regain your strength post natally as quickly as possible so that you can re-join a class as soon as you feel ready.
